Terratrac Aebi TT220

The implement carriers for steep slope Terratrac Aebi TT220 and the even more powerful Terratrc Aebi TT240 have been launched successful on the market.

Both models are totally in their element on sloping ground, exceptionally manoeuvrable, soil conserving and highly versatile. They possess the same ease of driving and operation as the large Terratrac model range. As well equipped as the large versions, but with more compact external dimensions – Aebi is setting new standards in the mid-range sector.

Apart from the different Detroit VM turbocharged diesel engines, the two models are technically identical. The TT220 is powered by a 65HP turbocharged diesel, while a more powerful 4-cylinder in the TT240 generates a muscular 81HP. In the comfortable and spacious driver’s cab, the hydrostatic traction drive is infinitely adjustable via the multifunctional control lever. The ability to control forwards or reverse travel, while operating 24 functions with one hand at the same time, that’s real driver comfort. Moreover, the simple and logically arranged operation means a major improvement in safety when working in tricky terrain. In both design and technical terms, the new Terratrac are based on the extremely successful and proven top-of-the-range model, the Terratrac Aebi TT270. For example, all-wheel, front and rear steering as well as the quasi-crab steering can be selected at the touch of button, an on-board computer with many functions comes as standard and the front and rear hydraulics can each lift 1,400 kg. However, the external dimensions are smaller all round and the tyre variants are also smaller.

The new compact design Terratrac Aebi TT220 and TT240 can go almost anywhere. They are powerful, all-purpose implement carriers for everyday work on sloping ground, throughout the year.
