No fine dust generation thanks to ingenious technology. Aebi MFH Road Sweepers operate with the «KOANDA – principle ». Thanks to the enclosed air recirculation system, 80% of the fine-dust-charged air remains within the system. Only 20% of the air volume is released and this is additionally filtered before being allowed into the atmosphere. The dirt drops out inside the machine, but the air does not simply escape, but is recycled to the suction head and used again for the cleaning process. |

Lower water consumption puts a damper on operating costs. Although traditional wet cleaning avoids the emission of fine dust, it is not an ideal solution from either the economic or environmental perspective. The high consumption of water not only costs a lot of money, it also wastes a valuable resource. Moreover it is becoming increasingly necessary to dispose of the water from the sweeper’s waste container as hazardous waste. On account of the fact that the Aebi MFH machines use less water for «dust-free» cleaning, they make a valuable contribution to cheaper and more environmentally friendly road cleaning. |

Fine-dust-free street cleaning, whatever the weather. Conventional road sweepers cannot be operated in all weathers because of problems with dust and water. Severe cold makes wet cleaning impossible. |
