Adaptation of the organisation
Since 1 February 2009 Walter T. Vogel has been ad interim Head of the Division Aebi with Marco Studer as his Deputy. We are now delighted to be able to inform you that as from 1 January 2010, Marco Studer will take over the operational management of the Division Aebi (as Chief Operating Officer). Until further notice, the responsibility for the strategic alignment will remain the responsibility of Walter T. Vogel (as Chief Executive Officer). During the coming weeks we will be evaluating suitable candidates as a successor to Mr Studer in his current position as Head of Assembly. Until this person can take over his duties, Marco Studer will ad interim execute both functions. We wish Mr Studer every success in his new position.
