Burgdorf, 2010-02-23  - Aebi on the way to becoming market leader

Compared with the previous year, in 2009 Aebi & Co. AG was able to significantly increase its market share in Switzerland. Aebi is inexorably on the way to becoming market leader. The reasons behind the striking increase in sales of Aebi products are manifold. A significant contribution was made through the launching of diverse new products in 2009, through the marked improvement in quality but above all the atmosphere of optimism that can be sensed in connection with the merger with the Schmidt Group.  Market leader in the mowing tractor segment - On 31 December 2009, according to the statics for mowing tractors newly registered in Switzerland, Aebi & Co. AG takes first place with the Terratrac Aebi TT. The market share now lies at 43% and hence Aebi & Co. AG has assumed the position of market leader. Above all, the hydrostatically driven Terratrac Aebi TT machines impress through their enormous safety, individual driving possibilities, simple operating controls and superior engineering qualities. Aebi & Co. AG regards itself as a system provider. With a Terratrac Aebi TT the customer receives a complete solution that encompasses the carrier vehicle together with the appropriate implements either for mounting or attaching. Also with the mechanically driven Terratrac Aebi, with the launching of the new model ranges Terratrac Aebi TT140 and Terratrac Aebi TT105, Aebi & Co. AG can record clear advances. The Terratrac Aebi TT105 is an extremely compact, manoeuvrable and flexible medium-sized mowing tractor. The downward rounding-off of the product portfolio is thus complete.
